Children are intelligent: they are not yet covered by the layers of dust, they still have the freedom and the innocence and the joy of being. They act moment to moment. Our motto `Genesis Of Genius' is an echo to this very purpose and to which every Lotusite devotes himself to. Life is a succession of moments, with each energized day bearing its own gifts. On my morning round of the school every day, I can hear the discussion and chatter of eager minds. I observe a constructive participant in the learning process which encourages and triggers critical thinking, creativity, imagination, self esteem and self direction towards purposeful activities.

It is indeed an honors for me as Head Mistress, to be at the service of our parent and student community. Real life application of knowledge and skills has been the benchmark of the gentle education revolution at Lotus Veda International School. We believe in the interactive connection between experience and education. as John Dewey (1859-1952), the American education reformer believes, that 'Education is not a preparation for life, education is life itself.' The teacher becomes a partner in the learning process, guiding students to independently discover meaning within the subject area.
